1. Fresh Flower Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on fresh flowers. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you.
Eligibility for a Replacement or Store Credit:
- If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear photo of the flowers must be provided as proof of the issue.
- We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit based on the situation.
2. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.
- Same-day orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries
If you receive an incorrect floral arrangement or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
4. Delivery Issues & Missed Deliveries
- If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, our driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a receptionist, front desk, or a safe location.
- If the delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may apply.
- We are not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Special Event & Wedding Orders
For weddings, corporate events, and large floral orders, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. A 50% non-refundable deposit applies to all event floral arrangements.
