In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I was concerned about calling a Florist on the other side of the US to send a gift. My friend was in LA for a serious family issue. I was concerned that the delivery would be made with care and respect. I worried the arrangement would not look as good as the online photo. All of my worries were unfounded. I love the way this florist took my phone call and did not insist I order online. I so appreciate the photos of the flowers and gift before delivery texted to me. (looked even better than the online photo) I was so pleased I got a text when delivered. My friend loved the flowers. I highly recommend this florist.

Great experience with this florist. Placed an order online, called to check that the delivery was scheduled and they delivered on time. The person on the phone was helpful, seemed like they were located at the store, not in some call center. They texted a picture of the arrangement which was similar to the one pictured. Great customer service.
